I am on a quest to find a spot to hang out on the internet and it looks like I've ended up here yet again after about 6 years (judging by the post date of my previous journal post). I feel like I've returned from a pilgrimage to another world, its wild. Then to come back here and see a lot of everything completely different, it's double cray! So I've still been posting art every now and then, I got a bit lost there finding a way to earn money and currently have a somewhat stable job (goin on 2 years now) anyhow Idk what happened but somewhere along the lines I've kind of started to not really be into the kind of stuff that I was drawing/posting art-wise. I still do want to post art online, but I'm hoping that maybe posting somewhere like here, where (at least where I'm standing) is almost like a ghost town will trick my brain into thinking that there's no real expectation from me to post something that will "do numbers". So hey- A challenge!
Apparently this weekend, the first Saturday in October to be exact, is 24 Hour Comic Challenge Day.
What is 24 Hour Comics day you ask? Well it's a thing where cool guys and gals get together at a place nearby that hosts this event to spend 24 hours to make a complete 24 page comic. Sounds cool. I'm gonna undertake this challenge. However since I don't have wheels and junk I'm going to do it here in the comfort of my home (and maybe the nearby park if I need a change of scenery).

So it's been like a month since my last journal and so that calls for... ANOTHER JOURNAL!
um. School's been cool. Especially my ceramics class, like the potters wheel is surprisingly hard to use the first few times haha. It needed a lot more strength than I thought was needed for the clay we made. I think that I'm getting used to it though, my bowls look like useable bowls now.
I have been drawing a lot, just not digitally. Maybe I'll scan in my sketchboo- nah nevermind just thinking about doing that seems like a pain haha-
